  4. Here is a short and sweet (non-legalese) licencing agreement:

  6. [1] The Arsenal Browser Program (ARSENAL.EXE and VIEW.EXE) are copyrighted
  7. works of Arsenal Computer, 1996.  You are granted a licence to use this
  8. program in your home or business provided the following conditions are met:

  10.   [a] You have a copy of an Arsenal CD-ROM in your possession.
  11.   [b] You do not modify the ARSENAL.EXE program in any way.
  12.   [c] You do not charge others to use the program.
  13.  
  14. The Arsenal Browser is a commerical program.  The fee that you have paid
  15. for this disc covers your licence to use this program on this disc, and
  16. selected other discs that do not have the ARSENAL.EXE program on them.
  17.  
  18. You may NOT use the Arsenal Browser in a package that you distribute for
  19. others to use, UNLESS you are distributing an Arsenal CD-ROM along with
  20. that package.

  22. Arsenal Computer retains all rights to this program under all circumstances.

  24. Arsenal Computer is not responsible for the use or misuse of this program.
  25. It works for us, on several different machines.  If it doesn't work for you,
  26. our only liability is to replace the disc with the same or a similar product.
  27. In no case will we be liable for any damages, real or perceived, that should
  28. arise from the use or inability to use this product.
